Responsibilities
Coach and lead Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to ensure optimal performance, compliance to standard processes and procedures.
Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for the implementation of strategic and project management initiatives, focusing on achieving strategic goals and advising IT Leadership on best practices.
Design and execute project management disciplines within the Project Management Office, act as a subject matter expert on project management policies and procedures, and develop standards, procedures, system monitors, and controls for successful project management.
Maintain a methodology that adapts to changing project management priorities, provide coaching and mentorship to project management positions, and develop project and portfolio metrics for executive reporting.
Provide training on project management processes, standards, and procedures, design and implement improved work methods, identify automation opportunities, and demonstrate strong abilities in policy writing, standards development, and presentation material creation.
Experience with Agile methodologies, use of Clarity and Azure Boards, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Required
More than 10 years of experience in program management
Experience coaching and leading Program Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators
Subject matter expertise in project management best practices
Experience in designing and executing project management disciplines within a Project Management Office
Acting as a subject matter expert on project management policies and procedures
Developing and implementing standards, procedures, system monitors, and controls for successful project management
Providing coaching and mentorship to project management positions
Experience in developing and maintaining project and portfolio metrics
Strong ability to write policies, standards, and procedures
Strong ability to develop presentation material (ppt)
Experience with Agile ways of working
Experience using Clarity and Azure Boards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience in providing advice to IT Leadership on Project Management best practices, delivery management, risk, and issue management
Experience in maintaining a methodology that adapts to changing project management priorities
