Responsibilities
Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term and cross functional with broad impact, scope, and complexity.
Act as key participant in large-scale project planning and budgets for change management
Review, analyze and initiate complex multi-faceted enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge, and navigation to anticipate change impacts that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Ensure full understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies.
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
Demonstrate understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
Exercise independent judgment to guide project plans, budgets, resolution of issues and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines.
Present recommendations for setting, tracking, and managing project financials and develop business related tasks for project planning and tracking.
Strategically collaborate and consult with stakeholders, project leads, mid-level to senior managers sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements and achieve goals.

Required
5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with executive information systems and successfully influencing and motivating senior leadership
Proven experience with Technology and Product Development
4+ years proven Project Leadership experience in leading large complex cross functional initiatives - with broad horizontal impact.
Experience in the analysis, development, and implementation of large-scale multi-faceted business solutions
General understanding of Home Lending Operations
Proven Change Management experience which would include collaborating with cross functional teams (Consumer Control, Compliance, Legal, and business functions) to guide business functions through change management initiatives while ensuring adherence to Change Control Policy.
Understanding of Control Design/Effectiveness principles and Operational Risk Management/RCSA
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Proven experience with programs and processes used in Agile Methodology
