Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and test suites; integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing; evaluate and adopt new automation tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Craft detailed test plans for new and existing features, ensuring alignment with product requirements; actively participate in test plan and code reviews to uphold high-quality standards; and ensure thorough test coverage across functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
Troubleshoot complex issues and engage in in-depth root cause analysis to ensure resolution and quality improvement.
Take full responsibility for the quality assurance of assigned projects from inception to release, ensuring all tasks are completed with excellence and within established timelines, while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Contribute proactively to product feature grooming to ensure quality considerations are embedded from the start.
Allocate QA resources effectively to meet project deadlines by optimizing testing efforts, prioritizing high-risk areas, and balancing multiple projects while adjusting priorities as needed.
Coordinate cross-team activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency.
Provide constructive feedback aimed at continuous process improvements.
Contribute to the development of QA strategies aligned with organizational goals, assist in setting quality objectives and key results (OKRs) for the QA team, and monitor industry trends to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.

Required
7+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on both manual testing and the development of automated test scripts.
Proficient in performance testing and site optimization, with substantial experience in testing customer-facing web applications and assessing site performance.
Skilled in creating, executing, and troubleshooting automated test suites, with specific experience using frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter or equivalent.
Familiarity testing for security, accessibility, SEO, localization and/or personalization.
Proficiency with source control tools such as Git or similar.
Knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Engagement and active contribution in planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Critical thinking skills for thorough situation analysis and effort estimation.
A commitment to lifelong learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
Effective time management to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming with languages such as Python or Java.
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
