Responsibilities

Coaching, developing, and managing a team of Marketing Lead Qualification staff focused on inbound leads.
Creating, maintaining, and training on scripts and content to evaluate leads based on predefined criteria.
Using CRM software to supervise and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
Maturing processes and tools to track and report on lead qualification metrics.
Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into lead performance.
Working closely with marketing, sales, and IT to ensure effective lead qualification processes.
Continuously assessing lead management processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implementing process enhancements, automation, and standard methodologies to enhance lead management effectiveness.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Operations, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, inside sales/sales, or business development. Experience working in a regulated/health sciences industry is a plus.
Proven leadership experience in lead management, demand generation, or related role.
Excellent organizational, process, and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM systems/ lead management tools. (e.g., Salesforce experience is desired) and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Account Engagement/Pardot, Acoustic)
Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and understanding of lead management principles and strategies is desired.
