Responsibilities
Schedule and book meetings between qualified leads and senior team members.
Monitor and report on lead pipeline performance, providing insights for improvement.
Conduct initial outreach to leads via email, phone, and other communication platforms.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, investment potential, and alignment with company goals.
Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and investor relations teams to pass qualified leads for follow-up.
Engage in regular communication with leads to nurture relationships and maintain interest.
Continuously refine lead qualification processes based on feedback and results.

Required
Proven experience in lead generation, qualification, or sales support, preferably in the investment or real estate sector.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multitasking abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Proficient in using CRM systems and lead management tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Native English speaker.
