Responsibilities
The primary focus of the role is to drive the development of front-end components
You will be responsible for high quality, performant deliverables and for helping to create, evangelize, and enforce the standards necessary to meet team and company goals for the customer experience
Develop and implement reusable, high quality, highly responsive components for both web and mobile using react concepts
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in a maintainable, resilient, performant manner
Translate wireframes and designs/requirements into high quality, maintainable code
Analyze and recommend suggestions for UX usability and performance
Participate in multi-resource projects in an agile
Evaluate/recommend industry standards, tools, and methods
Document software design and contribute to design reviews

Required
6+ years of experience required.
US Citizenship or Green Card is required.
At least 4+ years in front-end development with a strong focus on React, TypeScript, NextJS, and Tailwind CSS.
Proficiency in migrating legacy frontend code to modern frontend tech stack (React / Typescript).
Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear.
Takes full ownership over decisions, actions, and failures.
Experience working in a Scrum/agile environment.
Good communications skills in both writing and verbal.
MUST be available from 9-5 EST. 40 hours per week.
Preferred
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience can be substituted instead of a degree.
