Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and engage potential candidates for GTM roles, aligning with the organization’s business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through the recruitment process, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and interview evaluations.
Work with TA leadership to enhance the company’s employer brand through strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships, promoting our organization as an employer of choice in the supply chain domain.
Utilize data and recruitment metrics to inform decision-making, optimize recruitment processes, and report on the effectiveness of hiring strategies to senior management.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging different sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focusing on GTM positions
Exempt level recruitment for sales, marketing, product, solutions, account management, customer care, and procurement
Preferred
Highly preferred within a B2B organization focused on supply chain, ecommerce fulfillment, or logistics
