Required
Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience supporting Salesforce applications and its integration with other systems
Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies
Extensive experience with development inside Salesforce Health Cloud
Experience with Service Cloud
Proficient in Salesforce Integration & Configuration using Apex, VisualForce and Lightning Web Component
Experience with Flow Builder, HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery, Copado DEVOPS, SCM Version control to check-in code, Salesforce Metadata awareness
Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, Json & XML etc.)
Experience with MuleSoft integration
Understanding of integrations with systems using AEM and Epic
Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as Object-oriented patterns and development
Understanding of modern frontend web development languages, database technologies and backend development languages
Understanding of aspects of enterprise technology architecture like business, information, data, network and security
Experience working in an Agile development process
Excellent analytical, planning, organizational and technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Performs code reviews and ensures best practices
Mentors Junior developers
Extensive experience in full software development life cycle
Extensive experience applying code management principles
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Preferred
Software Engineering skills with Java
