Responsibilities

Lead SAP C4C Consultant

Define the problem, propose and create the solution.

Play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.

Guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building.

Help detail the project scope.

Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Extensive experience in SAP Utilities and C4C modules.

Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Experience in project management and leading SAP implementation projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

Lead and manage the implementation and support of SAP Utilities and C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP technical solutions.

Design, customize, configure, and test SAP Utilities and C4C systems to meet client needs.

Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP Utilities and C4C modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Utilities and C4C systems.

Document functional designs, test cases, and results to ensure best practices.

Train and support end-users on SAP Utilities and C4C functionalities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of SAP solutions.

Lead the team.

Guide and Mentor team members on standards and guidelines.

Own new responsibilities and enjoy working with people who will keep challenging you at every stage.

Demonstrate analytical, decision-making and excellent communication with interpersonal skills, designing, solving problems in highly scalable and complex systems.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

The Position may require travel and/or relocation.
