Responsibilities
Performs advanced instrument demonstrations, trainings, and installations either remotely or on-site with customers
Travel (40%-60%, including overnight) e.g. for trainings, demonstrations, and installations
Works with R&D to improve instruments
Involved with ISO/ASTM certifications
Contributes to the development of training and marketing materials
Writes scientific articles, presents papers, and attends industry events

Required
The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and must be capable of communicating equally well with PhD-level scientists and QC technicians.
The ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for success.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the scientific instrumentation space.
Valid driver's license and passport.
Master's degree or PhD degree required in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics or similar field.
