Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners, tech leads, designers, data engineers, and delivery professionals to deliver robust solutions.
Provide input on relevant and emerging technologies, coach team members, and promote learning and innovation.
Work on complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible variables.
Ensure the team(s) adhere to Agile values and principles and follow agreed-upon processes and practices.
Promote and support Agile principles by helping everyone understand applied theories, practices, rules, and value.
Serve as a true servant leader to the team(s) and larger organization.
Support risk management and impediment resolution.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer, or comparable Agile delivery leadership role.
Ability to coach others with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business.
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges.
Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master certification.
Experience in serving as a Scrum Master within the financial services industry on multiple teams.
