Responsibilities
Participate actively in all aspects of designing, building, and delivering products for clients.
Work on large-scale distributed systems, petabyte-scale data challenges, machine learning, and more.
Contribute to mentoring, technical leadership, and/or direct management of small teams.
Make significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to impactful software projects.
Understand engineering fundamentals and work on always-on systems across various technologies.
Contribute to the process of discovering what delights clients and advancing the industry towards openness and transparency.
Advocate for ideas, identify trade-offs, support teammates, and foster diversity and innovation.

Required
Develop with a variety of platforms and technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Aliyun, .NET Core, Java, SQL Server
Commercial development skills in Object-Oriented programming (Java, C#, or C++) and design
Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology and development practices
Understanding of designing Web-based, Service-Oriented systems
Experience in distributed source control system (such as Git)
You have a sustained track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to large and impactful software projects
You think beyond just the task at hand to deeply understand the 'why' behind what you are doing
You understand engineering fundamentals
You have a product-focused mindset
You work with confidence and without ego
