Responsibilities

You’ll lead the development of our ML infrastructure to support the development of our in-house LLM for clinical documentation.

You’ll be responsible for the reliability, performance, and security of our training data pipelines.

You’ll be responsible for building our core inference infrastructure.

You’ll partner across product engineering teams to build production systems at scale that power the products our customers use every day.

You’ll leverage industry best practices that will improve DeepScribe’s customer-facing AI models that our customers rely on.

Required

You have 5+ years experience in building and scaling performant software infrastructure

You have a track record of deploying ML models and and have familiarity of the full lifecycle of model development

You’re an effective team player and communicator, and are able to work across functions to find effective solutions

You have experience mentoring engineers across teams, including other senior engineers
