Responsibilities

Lead backend development teams and serve as a technical expert and mentor.

Foster a positive team culture and enhance communication strategies for smooth collaboration.

Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Implement rigorous testing protocols and maintain high-quality code standards.

Analyze system behavior, identify potential challenges, and provide effective resolutions.

Utilize Ansible scripts and other tools to streamline installation and deployment processes.

Develop comprehensive deployment documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency across teams.

Lead efforts to transition systems across operating platforms while maintaining functionality and performance.

Design UML diagrams, system models, and wireframes to streamline processes and improve system architecture.

Use Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools like MagicDraw to deliver scalable and agile designs.

Simulate system components to evaluate functionality and identify improvements before deployment.

Develop detailed guides, documentation, and training materials to support current and future team members.

Ensure documentation remains up-to-date and integrates system checks for consistent deployment.
