Responsibilities
Develop clean, beautiful code and leave it better than you found it.
Drive impact – through communication, planning, execution, implementation, and outcomes.
Contribute to our engineering best practices, identifying and evangelizing improvements.
Partner with our customer support team to interpret and troubleshoot customer issues.
Progressively tackle larger projects and learn about more parts of the system.
Work closely with our engineering team, product team, and business partners to distill complex business problems into elegant technical solutions.
Lead by example as both a technical and cultural steward, mentoring and supporting the engineers to strengthen the team.

Required
Experience leading in planning and executing the development roadmap for software projects.
Experience with PHP and Laravel.
Mastery of a modern programming language.
Expert debugging skills to identify the root cause of and resolve complex issues with minimal assistance.
Advocacy for testing and ability to articulate the value of each part of the testing pyramid.
Desire to learn and dive into the deepest levels of how things work.
Sound judgment and strong attention to detail while balancing moving quickly with producing high-quality, maintainable code.
US-based and authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
