Responsibilities

Lead a Scrum development team in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure timely delivery of new features.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.

Mentor engineers to enhance and uphold code standards.

Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Participate in the on-call rotation for production support every two months.

Required

5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining complex enterprise applications.

Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages and its ecosystem: C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript

Strong understanding of fundamental software concepts including Design Patterns, HTTP(S), RESTful API, SSO, security, unit testing, modern browser features, and SQL scripts.

Possesses Agile and project management skills to contribute effectively to team workflows.

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
