Responsibilities

Lead a team of talented engineers in designing, implementing, and automating systems for managing software applications, cloud computing, and data.

Drive architectural proposals for scalability, collaborate with peers, and ensure alignment with the latest technological trends.

Own the technical roadmap of a central development and deployment portal critical to Developer Experience.

Shape the security posture and contribute to compliance and risk management efforts.

Required

10+ years of experience. Master's degree and relevant certifications to this position could be considered as bridging the gap.

Expertise in working with CICD pipelines and driving up Developer Experience.

Expertise with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)

Expertise with infrastructure management tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Ansible)

Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Go).

Solid track record in leading project deliverables with high complexity at scale.

Familiarity with GitOps and Developer centric methodologies.

Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).

Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulations (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA).

Excellent software design and development skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
