Responsibilities

Pre-sales demonstration, design of implementations of OpenText products (EasyLink/Xpedite Fax2Mail/cloud fax solutions, Notifications and Cloud Security).

Leading large-scale enterprise system solution positioning involving one or multiple OpenText products and technologies, including business workflow and capture-related solutions.

Supporting and working with senior salespeople and C-Level customers in pre-sales and sales phase as lead technical communicator.

Acquiring specific knowledge and developing domain expertise relating to industry best practices, available/competing technologies and regulatory compliance for healthcare, financial, legal, and manufacturing verticals.

OpenText enterprise fax and messaging products/solutions.

Knowledge of networking, telco, and IP-based transport protocols.

Cloud implementation, and systems implementation and troubleshooting with Microsoft platform.

Implementing and supporting business software and enterprise solutions.Services, Solutions or Consulting environment

Required

5+ years of systems implementation and support experience within Cloud Fax services.

5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Servers technologies).

Microsoft Operating Systems and TCP/IP networking skills

Exchange, Lotus Notes and SMTP / POP3 services

Business analytics and enterprise software/solution consultation experience

Preferred

RightFax and/or Messagemanager
