Responsibilities

Respond to and manage all lead requests.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments using company-provided scripts.

Communicate with prospective patients to qualify leads, set expectations, and discuss promotional offers.

Track all patient inquiries, document key details, and ensure leads are accurately entered into our EMR.

Collaborate with the clinic team to prioritize and distribute leads for the best chances of success.

Stay informed on current promotional offers and communicate them effectively to prospective patients.

Provide administrative support to the clinic's sales and marketing efforts.

Assist in patient financing processes as needed.

Coordinate and support local marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.

Report and track lead metrics, appointment results, and missed opportunities for clinic improvement.
