Responsibilities
Responsible for building, maintaining, and developing Demand Planning metrics, working in SAP to optimize reporting queries, managing SQL lines, and ensuring procurement data accuracy.
Predict and resolve site-specific material planning issues, including over or under-delivery, and take immediate actions in case of material shortages that could put projects at risk.
Monitor on-hand inventory, customer demand, project schedules, build plans, inventory transactions, and material deltas.
Work closely with 3PL in overseeing logistics material management, colocation material delivery requirements, and mitigating risks with logistics project managers and 3PL.
Support large site Decoms, review, analyze, and audit all material for effective disposition, ensure deployment engineering follows best practices for physical device decom, and oversee reverse logistics for material management.
Coordinate inventory levels and controls to mitigate material demand impact risk with active safety stock planning, demand forecasts, and open orders, and build contingency plans around risk.
Coordinate and manage suppliers to organize and ensure scheduled deliveries arrive on time, or develop new partners if required.
Execute flexible material processes to provide shortage risk visibility, correct safety stock levels, aid business efficiency, and drive new process improvements.
Lead site materials planning applied across the business, ensuring Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity, inventory accuracy, and daily inventory movements.

Required
6+ years in a Planner based role (ability to hit the ground running)
Understanding of BOM-bill of material lifecycle
Strong working experience with excel/google sheets-advanced user/advanced formulas
Manual work with google sheets/Excel (ability to handle large work samples)
Critical thinking questions (what did you load, why, what's the action plans)
Strong working knowledge with SQL-high level (combine tables, joins, strong complex queries)
Experience creating (vlook ups, joins, Match functions, IT functions-SQL and Excel related work)
Should have past experience leading projects and or teams
Data Analytics and Data Management
Preferred
Coming from an engineering background is a PLUS
