Responsibilities
Spearhead the end-to-end development of Arrow's MVP, ensuring it's in sync with our vision.
Collaborate intimately with the CEO, shaping the product's trajectory through technical expertise.
Assemble and mentor a dynamic technical team as we scale.
Navigate the ever-evolving AR landscape, positioning Arrow at its forefront.

Required
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in AR development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Prior experience with platforms such as Unity, ARKit, or ARCore.
Proficiency in languages and frameworks vital for AR development, including but not limited to C#, JavaScript, and Python.
Strong understanding of system architecture, database design, and networking specific to AR applications.
Experience with integrating third-party APIs and understanding of potential limitations or benefits they can bring to AR applications.
Skills in optimizing applications for performance, especially crucial for real-time AR experiences.
Understanding of user experience and interface design.
Experience in leading or managing development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
Knowledge of security best practices to ensure user data protection and privacy.
Preferred
Advanced degrees (Masters, Ph.D.) are a plus.
Familiarity with mobile and AR development (VisionOS, iOS, Android) is beneficial.
