Responsibilities
Lead a development team in learning new tools and techniques.

Required
5+ years of experience in web application development.
Experience with Pega UI development.
Experience utilizing JavaScript expertise to remediate Section 508 compliance issues, providing coaching and best practices within the scope of Pega
Ability to provide expert guidance and direction to the UX team and Pega development teams, ensuring best practices and high standards in UI development
Ability to oversee and contribute to the implementation of UI designs, maintaining the integrity and fidelity of shared layer skins and CSS
Ability to implement responsive design patterns and discuss the trade-offs of each approach
Ability to mentor and support junior UI developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Ability to stay informed about and implement upcoming Pega design and UI architectures, including Constellation and Cosmos-React
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology
Preferred
Experience working in a regulatory or healthcare environment
Experience leading a team of developers
Experience collaborating with UX designers
Knowledge of UI and accessibility best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to strive for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
