Responsibilities

Design scalable, clear, transactional web-based product experiences

Seek out and incorporate feedback from users and cross-functional team members

Proactively seek out and foster connections across product teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the user experience

Create low- to high-fidelity mockups, content, detailed designs, and build interactive prototype to communicate and test concepts and ideas

Plan and execute design research to develop new ideas and evaluate the usefulness and usability of product features

Assist in the definition and creation of success criteria and metrics

Required

5+ years of professional UX or interaction design experience

Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity and complexity

Interest in developing a deep understanding of US healthcare

Expertise with industry design tools like Sketch, Axure, Figma, Adobe XD

Portfolio of work demonstrating strong user focus, graceful solutions to complex problems, clear, smooth, and efficient interaction design, and a superb attention to detail

Preferred

Healthcare experience is not necessary, but experience designing for complex workflows is a plus
