Responsibilities
Conduct user experience research to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points.
Define and execute a user experience strategy aligning with business and product goals.
Collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
Lead user research efforts and validate design decisions through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Develop mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for an intuitive user experience.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Gather and review UX-focused metrics to provide recommendations based on insights.

Required
10+ years of experience in the field of user experience design and interaction design/development.
Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction or related field
Experience in product design
Experience working across departments to define, manage, and prioritize work.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Experience designing large scale enterprise and workflow applications.
Experience creating wireframes, visual mockups, graphics, and user workflows.
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
Experience with cross browser compatibility and performance
Good understanding of Mobile and responsive design
Passion for technology and design, and the drive to stay on top of industry trends and best practices.
Knowledge and/or experience with following technologies are a plus: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, React.
