Responsibilities

Create digital banking experiences that are effective, efficient, and satisfying to maximize product relevance

Own the creative process from ideation to final deliverable, collaborating with various UX team members

Translate complex problems into practical design solutions based on data and insights

Visualize the user experience through various design elements based on research and best practices

Gather and synthesize design inputs to determine the approach to a design problem

Support researchers in creating evaluative usability tests and presenting design improvements

Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale to stakeholders

Collaborate closely with product managers to ensure design solutions meet success criteria

Contribute to and leverage a design system to promote delivery speed and brand consistency

Draft written content, apply basic content standards, and collaborate with engineers for implementation

Collaborate with project managers to identify delivery milestones and communicate status
