Responsibilities
Oversee multiple research projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Contribute to the development of long-term UX research strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with business objectives and user needs.
Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating research findings effectively and influencing decision-making processes.
Collaborate closely with other teams such as product management, design, engineering, and marketing to integrate user insights into product development processes.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in UX research, and share knowledge and insights with the team and the broader organization.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
8 years of relevant experience within user experience, applied research setting and/or product research and development
Demonstrated experience in UX research, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to drive impactful research projects
Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of research methodologies and tools
Preferred
Master's or PhD degree
Proficiency in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data using various analytical techniques and tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate research findings to diverse audiences
