Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services for Web3 applications.
Design and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana.
Ensure the security and scalability of blockchain solutions.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize and maintain existing codebases.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and Web3 trends.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in backend development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
Extensive experience with blockchain technologies and platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Solana).
Strong understanding of smart contract development, including Solidity or Rust.
Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Experience with layer 2 scaling solutions.
Knowledge of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
