Responsibilities
Deliver written assets within Customer Story content Bills of Materials (BoMs).
Own and deliver 7-9 customer stories per quarter, contributing to a quarterly KPI of 33-54 stories and 12-24 video assets.
Act as the escalation point for the writing team, triaging and resolving challenges as directed by the Executive Producer (EP) or Creative Director (CD).
Oversee case study template migrations, outline guidance, and story rewrites to ensure content quality and adherence to brand standards.
Implement AI-driven innovation principles outlined by the Executive Producers.
Lead Copilot training for the writing team, focusing on achieving story development mastery within a 9-week service level agreement (SLA) by the end of the fiscal year.
Provide storytelling guidance and compliance training to the writing team.
Support the onboarding of new writers and establish professionalism and compliance best practices.
Foster team communication and alignment, including collaboration with clients and partners.
Leverage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) expertise to provide feedback and review support in partnership with Operations.
Participate in SOP review meetings and ensure alignment with established processes.
Partner with the Lead Creative Producer to align writing and editing resources with creative production needs.
Drive continuity and collaboration across the writing and production teams.

Required
Proven experience as a writer and content strategist, with a strong portfolio of customer stories, case studies, and marketing content.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of writers, manage content pipelines, and uphold high-quality standards.
Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and a track record of applying innovative principles to content development.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Exceptional storytelling, editing, and communication skills.
Experience onboarding and mentoring writers, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment.
Knowledge of standard operating procedures and process optimization.
