Responsibilities

As an associate on the Field Service Engineering - Drives or Software track, you will...

Go through the company’s Engineer in Training (EIT) Program. EIT is an entry-level program with formal classroom training, experiential learning, and work assignments.

Gain experience in technical and leadership competencies through classroom training, mentoring, career planning and networking. Additionally, you will have a high level of interaction with company's leaders.

Be exposed to industrial automation technology that is developed within company's major business segments to support The Connected Enterprise. This may include software for automation, programmable automation controllers, intelligent motor control, machine safety, process control, industrial security, cloud computing, industrial Ethernet, motion control, industrial components, variable-frequency drives, and more.

Experience company’s products across a variety of industries.

Technical DegreeCreative Mindset

Required

Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

Permanent legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future

Possess a valid U.S. driver's license

Preferred

Graduated in the past three years with a technically focused degree

A cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions

Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently prioritize competing tasks and meet project deadlines

Proven experience collaborating with and leading peers and managers to achieve project goals with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences

A creative and adaptable mindset that allows you to think critically, problem-solve effectively, and embrace new challenges
