Responsibilities
Lead the work in developing a comprehensive and programmatic approach to support the growth and professional development of Financial Advisors, focusing on creating impactful learning experiences.
Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to design and implement enterprise-wide talent development solutions, driving the organization's growth and performance through differentiated development and learning initiatives.
Regularly assess and update Financial Advisors learning strategies to ensure alignment with Wells Fargo objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Host manager workshops supporting development and business growth on critical initiatives.
Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with a focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements.
Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency.
Interpret and develop a range of policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, culture, quality, relationships, operations, and capabilities.
Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies.
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
4+ years of management experience
Ability to work effectively in a team environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Intermediate or advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to develop and execute business strategies tied to a common vision, which maximizes revenue and profitability
Superior conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to understand clients, define client needs, build trust, set and manage expectations
Experience in managing relationships at an executive level, preferably in a financial service-based business environment
