Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating logistics and administrative tasks for Emerging Leaders Program (ELP).

Help with pulling data and managing the nomination process for ELP.

Take on project management tasks for the development of a high-performance leadership program.

Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Ensure smooth scheduling of instructors and manage logistical arrangements for Leadership Academy.

Monitor course progress and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.

Support operational efficiency for the program.

Support additional projects or programs as needed and assigned by the Director of Leadership Development.

Partner with members of the leadership development team to collaborate and execute on additional programs and projects.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

1 year of administrative or professional experience

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Interest in leadership development and talent management
