Responsibilities
Field and manage all incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and online directories, ensuring quick and professional responses.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of each property to accurately answer potential client questions and promote the venue.
Schedule and reschedule tours with prospective clients, managing the calendars of various sales managers across properties.
Consistently follow up with leads to secure their commitment to a property tour.
Work closely with the sales team to facilitate efficient and effective client communications.

Required
