Responsibilities

Implement and deliver people and leadership development programs to enhance the skills and increase the capability of our team members and leaders to support the growth and evolution of our fast-growing business

Report to the Country Prime and work closely with the Functional Lead for Leadership Development in the needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of existing and new leadership development programs

Effectively project manage, deliver, facilitate, and implement the global Learning and Development Team's programs

Drive high levels of participation in people and leadership development programs by facilitating quality, relevant and business-focused learning through various training methods

Encourage intellectual and relevant dialogue through the use of expert facilitation skills designed to enhance and accelerate the learning experience
