Responsibilities
• LMS Management: Act as a subject matter expert on learning systems (currently Saba) and oversee platform configuration, curricula, certifications, and blended learning elements.
• Learning Program Oversight: Lead onboarding, skills development, career pathing, and competency-based learning programs.
• Data & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track program effectiveness, present monthly updates, and drive continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Develop detailed project roadmaps to support the deployment of new learning and performance solutions.
• Content & Compliance: Ensure all program materials, user content, and procedures are current and compliant.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership, technical teams, and external vendors to align learning technology and performance tools with organizational goals.

Required
2+ years of experience managing LMS platforms, including user imports, security roles, and blended learning configurations.
5+ years of experience managing performance programs (onboarding, career paths, skills/competency models, etc.).
Skilled in creating reports, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting results to stakeholders.
Comfortable problem-solving, testing solutions, and implementing new processes for optimal outcomes.
Experience with SCORM, Adobe RISE, Office 365, cloud-based platforms, and LMS systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity through written instructions, reports, and presentations.
Adept at multitasking and managing competing priorities with precision.
Experience working with cloud-based collaboration tools (MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
