Responsibilities

Program Design and Development: Create and develop learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and training sessions, to address identified training needs.

Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.

Content Creation: Develop engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.

Program Implementation: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.

Evaluation and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics. Prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

System Administration: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading and organizing content, tracking participation, and generating reports. Additionally, provide support in system administration for engagement surveys and performance reviews, ensuring configuration, updates, and maintenance.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
