Responsibilities

Assist in executing NDWA’s evaluation and learning framework to generate insights and report on results.
Extract text, tables, and embedded information from Word documents, organizing them into structured formats such as spreadsheets or databases, to support evaluation and learning process.
Analyze structured data, including media campaign metrics and policy campaign data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
Manage systems and infrastructure for storing program data, monitoring performance indicators, and ensuring organizational access to insights.
Review and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency, standardizing formats and terminologies for uniformity.
Document the processes and methodologies for data extraction, organization, and structuring.
Facilitate the evaluation of engagement metrics, audience feedback, and the overall impact of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for strategy enhancement.
Collaborate on the design, planning, and organization of evaluation and learning events, including listening tours, working sessions, reflective spaces, and other meetings.
Contribute to and actively engage in reflections on improving working methods and measurement tools, incorporating domestic worker perspectives, feedback, and lived experience data to inform program development.
Assist with other responsibilities as needed to support the team’s goals.
Attend supervision meetings and ensure timely completion of work plans and reports.
Attend staff meetings, staff study and staff retreats.

Required

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program evaluation, demonstrating a strong ability to support the implementation and management of comprehensive evaluation and learning frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, capable of drawing actionable insights from complex data sets.
Working knowledge of data management tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Survey Sparrow, with experience in organizing and structuring data for evaluation purposes.
Experience with data analysis software like STATA, NVIVO, R, or SQL, enabling effective statistical analysis and interpretation of findings.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Knowledge of evaluation methodologies and frameworks, including logic models and theory of change, to effectively assess program performance.
Ability to support the design and facilitation of learning events, such as workshops and reflective sessions, that incorporate stakeholder feedback and foster continuous improvement.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the evaluation process.
Collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
Commitment to integrating equity and inclusion principles into evaluation practices, ensuring diverse perspectives are considered.
Alignment with NDWA’s vision and values, including a commitment to economic, race and gender justice.
Familiarity with the domestic worker sector and issues facing domestic workers and other low-wage workers.
Proven ability to learn quickly, work independently, meet multiple deadlines with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work and collaborate with diverse staff in person and remotely and as part of a high-performing team, in a fast-paced, experimental organization.
Strong organizational skills, and creative problem solver.

Preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred (include other platforms or technical skills as applicable).
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Able to Travel if needed.
