Responsibilities

Coordinate, develop, and deliver content for assigned areas for individual development of all employees within customer/vertical.

Support development programs using the learning management system, technology-enabled learning paths, curricula, assessments, and surveys.

Assist with program coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring in the assigned areas.

Provide resources, tools, and guidance to employees to help reach key milestones in their development plans.

Perform analysis of data on programs implemented and supported by this role.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is required.

3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills employee development courses required.

2-4 years of experience and proven strong ability in navigating technical systems, to also include data analysis is required.

Strong written and oral communication required.

Ability to develop and support multiple courses for individuals in different stages of design or skill set.

Familiarity with different learning platforms and strong ability to utilize other support systems (Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred

Candidates on the East Coast of the US will be given preference as this individual will support our East Coast operations for the dedicated customer/vertical.
