Responsibilities
Curating the content by working with the client’s SMEs
Assist in generating storyboards
Develop a 10-minute AI adoption video
Create a 20-minute eLearning AI Playbook Module
Develop a 60-minute AI Leader Essentials eLearning Module
Facilitate a 2-hour ILT AI workshop
Ensure courses are engaging and story based
Adapt course duration based on topic/content
Ensure courses go-live by mid-January

Required
Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field
7+ years of instructional design experience
Experience working with India offshore teams
Solid experience working with SMEs especially at a Big 4 or financial services
General AI knowledge and leadership experience
Strong experience in front-end analysis and gap analysis, curating content and design
Strong learning consulting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
