Responsibilities
Advise on the optimal mix of training modalities to meet diverse learning needs.
Coordinate with a team of change managers to align training efforts with broader change initiatives.
Address escalations arising from content reviews with stakeholders.
Oversee the posting and management of training content in learning management system (Cornerstone).
Collaborate with business leads and learning administrators to define, set up, and report on training assignments.
Design and execute post-training assessments following best practices.
Develop go-live training schedules and lead the train-the-trainer program.
Manage the setup of training environments in partnership with IT technical support.
Experience with WalkMe and translation of learning content is a plus.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required.
5-7 years of experience in training program management, curriculum design, and learning administration.
Proficiency in using Cornerstone for learning management.
Strong vendor management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at senior management and leadership levels.
Keen attention to detail while maintaining a broad perspective.
Preferred
Experience with WalkMe and translation of learning content is a plus.
Experience in creating WalkMe content is a plus.
