Responsibilities

Lease Review & Analysis: Review lease terms and identify areas for negotiation or improvement.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive lease documentation, including summaries and justifications.

Project Management: Track lease status, identify issues, and provide timely updates to project leads.

Vendor Management: Ensure vendors are meeting lease commitments and addressing any performance concerns.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline lease processes and improve efficiency.

Required

10+ years of experience in telecom site development, specifically leasing

Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Experience working with Magentabuilt or similar database systems

Familiarity with site development processes and industry standards
