Responsibilities
Conduct legal research as requested, including reviewing files of other agencies and contacting concerned parties.
Handle file management, document intake, case activities, and time in the case management system.
Provide legal information at Justice Courts or electronically.
Conduct initial client interviews.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and letters.
File pleadings with court clerk and deliver subpoenas to witnesses and parties to action.

Required
1+ years of legal administrative support experience, or related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - primarily Excel worksheets for tracking purposes
Effective written and verbal communication skills and stellar customer service skills
Data entry skills
