Responsibilities
General legal matters: Work closely with departments and lawyers, conduct legal research, and communicate with external parties.
Administrative tasks: Manage invoices, legal and risk budget, coordinate legal meetings, and assist with clerical tasks.
Compliance program: Assist in building and managing the corporate compliance program.
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Assist in overseeing the ERM program and work with risk leaders across the apostolate.
Special projects: Manage legal and non-legal special projects.

Required
A practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Paralegal certificate or prior experience working in legal field desirable/willingness to obtain certification
Approximately 2 years of professional experience, especially in the legal field, is desirable
