Responsibilities

Independently manage personnel subpoenas for records requests

Harness technology to drive efficiencies within the team

Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to process invoices and payments

Manage the timely delivery and receipt of electronic and physical mail

Organize and handle paper and electronic records

Process expense reports and independently handle other routine requests and inquiries
