Responsibilities

Conducting an in-depth review of contracts and related documents so that contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or approved business practices, corporate legal, finance and risk management requirements.Ensuring that contracts align with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

Collaborating cross-functionally to clarify contract terms and resolve any issues.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, license agreements, and partnership agreements.

Partnering internally to streamline agreement review and processing and providing regular detailed status reports to internal departments.

Conducing risk assessments to evaluate the potential impact of contract terms and propose strategies for risk mitigation.

Helping to maintain and update our standard agreements, agreement playbooks, and internal documentation & training materials on our contract process.
