Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms.

Advice on partnership agreements, including joint ventures.

Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and transactions.

Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.

Provide legal support on ad-hoc projects as and when needed.
