Responsibilities

Lead regional compliance function in conjunction with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Advise management on employment, antitrust, commercial, and corporate legal matters and provide legal guidance and solutions.

Draft, review, prepare, and negotiate various commercial agreements pertaining to the Company’s Business Units and, when appropriate, Company’s affiliates.

Pro-actively identify and escalate, as necessary, issues to the Global Head of Legal and regional leadership, and assist in their resolution.

Assist with developing legal strategy for the Company.

Work with and manage outside counsel as needed.

Assist with training management and colleagues on various legal topics as may be needed.

Support board office and corporate secretary function.

Establish and foster good working relationships with regional and global colleagues.

Assist/handle special projects as needed.

Remote position: Travel (some international) may be required (25%).
