Responsibilities
Identify qualified leads by asking questions designed to speak to the ideal client, target correct legal issues, gauge urgency/motivation, and determine potential conflict of interest
Schedule qualified leads for introductory sales calls with the Client Relations Manager and ensure all information is given to the Client Relations Manager for a successful sales consult
Initiate pre-engagement glide-path with materials for all prospects scheduled for sales calls to foster a sense of excitement and urgency about engaging with the firm
Update firm’s databases, reports, or spreadsheets to track incoming calls, qualified leads, scheduled consultations, referred sources, and other key metrics
Improve the show up rate for potential clients showing up to sales calls
Ensure all who contact the firm are better off whether through a scheduled sales call, a referral to an appropriate firm or other contact, or sharing free resources produced by the firm
Prepare engagement agreements and follow up to ensure prospects sign the agreement and make the agreed upon payment
Follow up with leads who don’t schedule sales calls, potential clients who don’t appear for sales calls or don’t retain firm after sales call to keep the door open for their potential return

Required
Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree
Prior customer service experience with an enjoyment for delivering a stellar client experience
Detail-oriented with data entry and data management experience
Experience with a CRM, particularly data tracking and reporting, required.
An understanding of how to accommodate high-net worth clients and be empathetic towards clients in stressful and emotional situations
Detail-oriented with strong verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior experience at a law firm or within the legal industry
Real life experience & a few “battle scars” to give you empathy and understanding is an asset. Experience overcoming a major obstacle in life and making an important change in your life, so you know at your core that others can do it too
