Responsibilities
Regularly interviewing clients by phone and obtaining their personal history
Properly and constantly documenting all events and communications
Timely and efficiently managing workflow and meeting all expected deadlines
Offering general assistance to attorneys and legal staff
At all times, demonstrates respect for client and confidentiality
Must be comfortable with handling highly sensitive information

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experienced in performing client intake and data entry
Ability to type quickly and accurately
Organized and detail-oriented
Dependable, hard-working, with outstanding customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to calm clients who may be distraught
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to adjust to changing workloads
Preferred
Experience working in a law firm
