Responsibilities

Gather essential information from potential clients to assess the nature of their legal needs, conducting initial interviews and assessing eligibility for our legal services in both English and Turkish.

Be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with a warm and professional introduction to our firm in both languages. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and courteously.

Take detailed messages when necessary, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and passed on to the appropriate team members.

Coordinate appointments and consultations for clients with our legal team, managing appointment calendars efficiently.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, as needed.

Maintain regular communication with attorneys and staff regarding client inquiries, messages, and scheduling.

Fluency in EnglishFluency in TurkishOffice software proficiency

Required

Fluency in both English and Turkish is a must, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Proficiency with office software and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a remote work environment.
