Responsibilities
Work on legal content, legal operations, and other important projects.
Learn practical legal skills that aren't taught in law school.
Efficiently redline contracts.
Successfully negotiate contracts from a position of weakness.
Use AI as a productivity multiplier.
Collaborate with legal counsel working for our parent company in Tokyo, Japan.

Required
Second and third-year law students
Strong attention to detail
Passion for contracts and technology
Ability to work ten or more hours per week for a period of at least three months
Preferred
Programming experience would be an asset
Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Pacific and Mountain time zones
